Will my site go down during the switch?

No. We build the new site separately while your current site stays live. The domain changeover is handled by us and takes between 15 minutes and a few hours, during which one version or the other is always visible. Your customers will never hit a blank page.

Do I need to do anything technical?

No. Your setup questionnaire will ask you to forward one email from your GoDaddy account. That is the most technical thing you will need to do. Everything else is handled entirely by us.

What if I want to make changes to the site later?

That is what priority support is for. Message us and changes are made. Adding a new event page, updating photos, changing prices: all covered under your £29 per month. No tickets, no queues.

What happens to my GoDaddy subscription?

Once your new site is live, you can cancel your GoDaddy plan and save that monthly fee. We handle everything on our hosting, so you do not need to pay for both. We will remind you to cancel once you are fully live.

Can I cancel the monthly hosting?

Yes, any time with 30 days notice. Your site files belong to you. We will provide an export if you ever decide to move. No lock-in, no penalties.

Will the booking system be ready for July 4th?

If you move forward this week, the booking system will be live well before July 4th, giving you weeks to fill your event through the new site rather than chasing PayPal references. Every week of delay is a week of manual admin you do not need to be doing.
